These terms describe use of the Hoverpay website, its market display and interactive demonstrations.
01 / Website experience
The site explains a workflow from discovering a token in a social feed to reviewing a trade in a wallet. Demo posts, accounts, token figures and wallet screens are fictional examples. No actual purchase or wallet connection is performed on this website.
02 / Chrome download
The Add to Chrome buttons lead to Hover: Trade on X in the Chrome Web Store. That extension is distributed by the publisher shown in its listing and is governed by that publisher’s terms and privacy policy. This website is not the extension package. Check the listing for actual features, supported networks and wallet compatibility.
03 / Market information
Market Lens displays public Coinbase Exchange data. Prices may be delayed or unavailable and are not executable swap quotes. Illustrative demo prices are labeled separately. A listed asset, logo or contract is not investment advice or a guarantee of safety, liquidity or future value.
04 / Token announcements and roadmap
Until an official address is announced, the contract block remains marked Coming soon. The interactive demo’s example address is not an issued project token. The planned AI application and holder access are future concepts; release dates, eligibility and functionality have not been finalized.
05 / Your decisions
If you use a wallet or third-party trading service, review the network, recipient, contract, amount, fees and transaction details before approving. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible. Never share a recovery phrase or private key.
06 / Appropriate use
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use the service to mislead others. Applicable laws and any rights that cannot legally be excluded continue to apply.

The website may evolve. Future features are not current services or guarantees. The Privacy Policy describes this version’s data handling, and Support contains available help options.
